Shiloh Lovette is a second-year graduate student in the Student Affairs Administration program at Appalachian State University. She serves concurrently as a graduate assistant for the Office of Campus Activities, where she contributes to analysis of student engagement data and assessment efforts for the division of Student Affairs. Shiloh was an Assessment Intern at James Madison University for the Department of Career, Experiential Learning, and Transitions in 2023 and is currently interning at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with the Office of Student Affairs Research and Assessment. Her practice is primarily concerned with contributing to and coordinating robust, equity-minded assessment practices to ensure students of all backgrounds thrive within the structures and systems that dictate their collegiate experience
